Meet Mia
Mia is committed to staying informed about the most effective and relevant approaches for treating anxiety, panic, OCD, and trauma. She continually seeks out new methods and perspectives to strengthen her work, incorporating them into client care with empathy, thoughtfulness, and respect for each person’s individual needs.
Mia has served clients throughout the Upstate since 2019. She began her career in an eating disorder treatment facility and later expanded her work to include OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and related concerns. Mia has a natural ability to meet clients where they are while offering the balance of validation, practical tools, and meaningful challenge needed to help them move toward a life that reflects their values.
Outside of therapy, Mia can often be found running local trails, caring for the goats, chickens, and produce on her small hobby farm, or enjoying outdoor adventures with her husband.
